I totally forgot to leave a review, apologize to Matt. We had the work done during 2020 while Covid was going However over a year later we are thrilled. We had called a total of 7 contractor's Matt was the first I made a mistake and wasted time dealing with other's.We felt right about him from the start! In the past we felt we should get 3 estimates What a joke. Most couldn't return a call. One in Fernandina was just rude and over the phone estimate Another who claimed to be run by a Veteran ( Veterans Landscape) was out in person doing a neighbor and did ours too. I chose to contact Florida Rainmakers after performing a search for sprinkler system repairs when I saw that they were highly recommended by customers on HomeAdvisor and referred on Angie's List.
I needed a broken line (turned out to be a zone valve and pipe) repaired and a couple of sprinkler zones investigated due to low flow. I spoke with Matt over the phone, he was courteous and professional and his estimated cost and estimated job duration based on my descriptions were more than acceptable.
He arrived early in the window of time he agreed to and repaired
