The guy seem nice at first! he broke my screen by mistake and it took days to put a new one he didnt give me a original iPhone screen he gave me a off brand. my screen was a iPhone screen the one he broke

I called and talked to Ivan over the phone and he was very helpful and professional. Came in and he told me what was wrong with the screen and gave me a good deal on the repair. Within 20 minutes he was done and was very professional and polite the whole time. Highly recommend!!

Needed my screen fixed on my iPhone X. I went in and Jesse was able to help me right away. He gave me a very fair price and my phone would be done in 20 minutes. Sure enough my phone looks brand new! Excellent place! I spoke with AJ over the phone before coming in and he did not disappoint. His estimate of time for the repair while I waited was spot on, the price was reasonable, and his professionalism was great. Highly recommend. They also sell and repair computers.

The owner of this place knew he received a bad batch of screens on the iPhone xs max and still proceeded to install the screen without hesitation. I paid 160 for the general screen which scratches and cracks easily. My phone had ghost touches and couldn’t utilize my flash from the locked screen. I have to pay 70 to fix it again. Overall its going to be $230. Be careful with the scams they are doing to their customers. They will always say its the customer fault. I would avoid this spot!!

The staff were very friendly, followed covid guidelines and were able to replace my daughter's iPhone screen in 20 minutes for $90, which is comparable to if not cheaper than other repair places I checked. Seemed like a fair price to me since that what I paid for screen replacement in 2019. If I ever need a repair in the future, this is where I will bring it.

Very honest people working here. Came here 2 times for issues that I thought would need replacing, nope. They told me that all my phone needed was a cleaning, first time they did it for free and the second time they only charged me $20! Phone issues were fixed both times. Will be coming here for any iPhone issues I ever get. Thanks a lot

I went in with a broken screen on my iPhone max pro. They replaced the screen and I was happy. Then while out of town, my screen went black. I took it to the iPhone store in Seattle and they said it was a defective screen. Paid 329.00 to have it replaced. When I went back to cell fix they would not honor their work. So I would avoid these guys, they don't stand behind quality. Basically from the back the owner said no and have a nice day.

I had my screen replaced and it was not working - right side of keyboard was not functioning, very funky so I went back and sure enough the new screen was bad so they replaced it stating that they had gotten some screen in from the manufacturer that were bad. The new screen worked perfect - I had another mishap literally the next day my screen shattered worse then before even with case and screen protector I bought from them. Went back to have it replaced again and it acted all funky again identical to the first time so I took it back, again, but this time they are saying it's my phone -

I give them my son PC to fix and after 3 days they called me to go pick it up. When i reach home my son told me that it still has the same problem and they didn't do nothing. Took two of my phones in for replacement of power buttons. I brought the new parts in with me. They gave me no hassle about bringing in my own parts, charged me a reasonable fee, and got the work done on time as they promised, within an hour of dropping them off. Phones work just fine. First time Yelp review. Saw that these guys had high reviews for Fresno and reasonable prices, decided to come in to get my Essential Phone PH-1 screen replaced. Brought in my own screen replacement from Ali express and a thermoplastic screen protector.
Guy I talked to was generally nice, he said they could do the replacement for $50. He would even apply the phone screen for me for free, even though they don't ordinarily do 3rd party screen applications.
Fast forward a few hours, guy calls me back says screen is damaged he can order a replacement it's gonna cost $100 total. Fair enough

Should be zero stars. Dropped Macbook off of February with broken screen. Said they could fix. Couple weeks go by, they tell me their first screen was bad so they had to order another one f that was okay. I had already paid the $350, so I said go ahead. Unfortunately it was an issue with one of the parts which the manufacturer does not sell, ugh! It took them about 3 days to come up with this solution and contact me back, which was fine.
