I took my laptop in to get a screen replaced as it had fallen and the screen was cracked. I have another laptop similar so the first time it was fixed, I had a weird issue where my stylus would skip over a section of the screen, I tried it on my other laptop and found out it wasn't the screen. I went in a second time and had to wait longer for it as the screen wasn't working again. I finally had it back a few days ago only for it to pick up my pen very well, but I would have to tap multiple times for my touch to register. I really need my laptop for college so I can't take it soon but it seems

If you could lower than 1 star, I definitely would. This place uses false advertising and malpractice as an excuse to exploit money from hard working people. The work done was sub-par, due to the fact that we took our iPad to another place to be fixed and found out that they utilized masking tape for a quick fix, and didn't glue down the home button as they should have. Absolutely not bringing our business here again.

My job requires me to use my phone while working with young children so my phone often needs repairing for different reasons, so I come here pretty often (about every 3 months). The pricing is very reasonable and the service is great, they are upfront about everything and fast at getting everything fixed as well as letting you know as soon as your phone is ready to be picked up. Definitely recommend this place for all your phone repair needs.

I had my iPhone 7 Plus glass replaced and a few months later that glass developed a stress spot. I took it back hoping for ScreenWorks to make good on what apparently was bad glass or an install gone bad. Jacob/store mgr contacted me vis Yelp within 10-minutes and said to bring back my phone ASAP. Asst. Matt David said this never should happen, checked out it out....and it was the battery. They replaced it. Gave me a "sorry for the inconvenience" discount and DONE! I would recommend Screen works to anyone looking for good service and customer satisfaction!

I shattered my phone screen for the first time the other day and everywhere I called either needed me to leave my phone or used cheap glass to fix it. I went in on Saturday morning when they opened.. Sharan and Jake were amazing. Really great customer service, hooked me up for a great price... and it only took 20 minutes. Also found out they take care of more than just screens... battery replacements, repairs and they even do some PC work.

I had a great experience Sharon was nice and knowledgeable. I have an IPhone 7plus and needed a new screen. In order to get it done as soon as possible she sent me to the store on Willow and Nees and the guys were great. It only to 20 minutes I think. My sister n law referred me and David made sure to get her info to thank her on her next visit. Sooo if you plan on going let them know you were referred by this review. I will be back. Oh they are have a clearance on their cell phones cases some $5 and some are $10 so go check them out.

I had a disaster happen and I called screenworks they assured me that they would do their best to handle my repair needs. I was sent to this location and the tech was so great!!! Within 20 min I was out with a perfect working phone. Screenworks you truly are a gem your service is beyond words. My experience is from June 2017, after having my review flagged multiple times I notice people are still having a problem with them. I was visiting from out of town & brought my iphone in to have the screen fixed and was told at 10am it would be done in one hour. When I return it was on the Restore screen & I was told it was because of "SOFTWARE" so I could wipe the phone completely or come back in another hour so he can update the "software". When I returned the young person working the front didn't greet me or even bother

UPDATE: the phone never got fixed due to incorrect parts being ordered. Also, the manager (Jacob) was very upset about how I was treated and tried his best to ensure I was happy (which is why I added a star to this review). He gave me a refund and let me know that he personally would be taking care of me if I ever had any phone issues. He also apologized for the first instance with my boyfriend's phone and offered to check it out again but we no longer have it. I might try this place again one day since he says he's the new manager and they are working on bettering the business.

Drop my iPhone here July 2017 and TODAY is 1-26-2018 and still DON'T have my phone fix yet! Came in at least 15 Times to get my phone and they have no idea where my phone is. They tell me the owner will call me in 15 minutes every single times and NO CALLS!

Do not recommend this place at all. I got my phone fixed at Cell Pros in Fresno (Tower District) for more than 50% less than the quote at Screenworks - plus my phone got fixed that day of instead of 3-5 business days. On top of that, the employees are incompetent and I got some false information (that benefitted Screenworks). DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I almost got ripped off. PLEASE call around and ask for quotes before going to this place.

Took my phone in for a broken LCD screen they stole my battery, broke my home bottom and put a partial screen on my phone with missing piece!! I had to return dang near everyday for a week and they still couldn't fix my screen! I also never received a refund or even an apology but I did pay them $100 for them to brake my phone and give me the run around! Waste of time and money!!!!!

May 31st... that's when we dropped off my boyfriends sisters phone. Today is July 11th.... JULY 11th!!! They continuing making excuses as to why the phone isn't done... so here we are, after hours, waiting outside of this "business" because supposedly they'll be done in 5 minutes... which is also what they said 4 hours ago. I do not yelp, and this isn't even my phone, and I am so frustrated at how many times we've had to call and leave messages and have them never get back to us. Here we are, over a month later and still the phone isn't fixed... worst phone

Came here for the first time and I must say, their customer service is amazing. All the employees were truly insightful and really knew their stuff. I came in with a cracked iPhone screen and Ivan really did a wonderful job on it. The whole process took less than 20 minutes. Overall great service and worth the pricing depending on which type of phone you bring in. I definitely recommend asking for Ivan to work on your phone!

My wife cracked her iPad screen so we went into Screenworks to get it repaired. The staff was great helping us out and the repair was done super quick.
