Bradford is listing the property next door to me (which was a demolition in the spring). There has been no upkeep at all of the property for over 6 months. It is an overgrown rock pit now. I have called codes, I have called public health about the rats, I have spoken with the owner/agent and I have called the office. There has been no response and no change. I don’t know what this says about care of property or care of neighborhood but I know I will not use them if I choose to sell my home if this is how they treat what they are trying to sell.

I have been working in real estate in the greater Nashville area for over 20yrs. I have been at Bradford now for over 3 yrs. There is a positive, and professional and cooperative work culture here. If you are selling a property in the Nashville area I suggest avoiding this real estate agency. I called to try and set up a deal on a multi million dollar property and was told I would get a call back and I never did. Pat is the agent on the listing, so if he is your agent and your property isnt selling it's more than likely him not doing his job.

I had a terrible experience with Brian Richardson. He was the listing agent and would never call me back or answer my messages. I tried putting an offer together for a house a week ago but I never heard back from him. I got tired of waiting so I reached out to the builder directly and I let him know about my issues with communicating with Brian. Brian calls me an hour later yelling and cussing because “I wouldn’t let him do his job”. Then he tells me how I am going to buy “his house”! Needless to say I did not buy the house.
