I just picked up my freshly washed and repaired winter blanket, and just wanted to say WOW I was so impressed!! Rachel was lovely on the phone and did an incredible job - an entire section of the blanket had been torn off (a section that had both a belly strap and a leg strap attached to it!) and not only is it now fixed and usable, it doesn't even look like it was ever damaged! Thank you, Rachel, for doing such an amazing job! And thank you Pleasant Hills for being the place I can always count on to deliver, whether it be advice, products, or services - and at an affordable price!

They were all very sweet, I just went to look at saddles. They helped me figure out what seat size I would best be in. There were friendly and helpful, not pushy for a sale which was refreshing. Good prices for saddles and I’ll definitely be going back when I’m ready to get mine!

Nice little vibe to the place, smells of leather. They even have a popcorn machine, haven't seen it in use yet. Probably due to covid. Friendly staff, layout is pretty straight forward and a variety of consignment saddles to choose from.

I would like to sing the praises of Pleasant Hills Saddle Shop😊
The location that is near me is in Lakeville.
I needed professional guidance and direction as to making the best purchases for my horses.
I was not disappointed at all at the service and kind help that I recieved from Teresa.
She very patiently and professionally helped me to find what I needed. Another girl helped me put the bit and head stall together. She tied it beautifully.
She, along with another girl, will be coming to our home to make sure the fitting is also correct for our horses.
What a wonderful place to shop.

Looked at their saddle selection online, saw three youth saddles I was interested in. They didn't open until noon, so took a chance and drove the hour and a half up there with my three children. Only one saddle was still there so we tried it. I asked about the others and the counter person had no record of the other two. We left, disappointed as the one I really wanted wasn't there and the other wouldn't work no matter how hard we tried. By the time I got home, the other two were listed as sold. So they don't keep up with their webpage as she claimed. They had a wonderful

This place is amazing!

I'm not from this state but I was in search of new boots. I went to a bunch of stores in search of a pair, then I finally came to this place. I arrived 5 mins before close though and was told very clearly by an elder woman to come back tomorrow... so I did!

When I walked in the door the following day, the girls giggled at me for being accosted the night prior and apparently they had heard about it from other staff. We all started laughing and joking about it and it was a great way for me to feel welcomed. It felt like I was shopping with friends and that made it

Honestly not impressed.. I went there to get a saddle fixed and it was done on a Friday (they never told me it was done and I had a race that weekend). So I called 4 days after it was done to check up and they said it's been done for a couple days. The saddle was super comfortable but after it was fixed it chafes my legs super bad and feels like rocks are under my thighs. The lady's in there seem annoyed and when they checked me out they didn't acknowledge me and just talked to each other.

Stopped in to look for leather gloves and my friend was consigning her saddle to sell. Good customer service while we were there today and good selection of clothes and tack. More western orientation than English in the togs. Lots of hats and boots in stock. They shape hats, repair leather and even have some household goods.

They have a leather repair shop on site. I have a black leather backpack I've been toting around for 15+ years that developed a few tears and broken straps. Tried bringing it to a shoe repair shop and they were totally unable to help.

My wife recommended trying here (if they can sew saddles they should be able to handle my backpack). The first time I dropped my bag off (a couple of years ago) the repair was completed in less than 2 days and was only $10.

Just went back for more repairs (the zipper seam broke) and it again only took 2 days and this time it was $20 (included full zipper
