Services
Ink is pushed through a stenciled screen then cured in a dryer. Each color is printed separately with it's own stenciled screen. Best for medium to large orders with just a few colors in the design. 100% cotton, 100% Poly, blended garments and many other fabrics can be screen printed. Special effects like metallic, glitter, reflective, glow in the dark inks can be applied and withstand repeated washings.
We are located in booming city of Apple Valley, Minnesota. Our shop is full of creative people eager to meet and assist you on your next project. Brown Box Tees has recently moved to its new home just minutes from the heart of downtown Apple Valley. We are very excited about our 3,000 sq/ft property which allows us the creative space to make inspiring things with plenty of room to grow.

Great experience! I had a last minute thought to get shirts made for a family cabin weekend and Brown Box Tees pulled through. I sent them an image I liked, the color I wanted and they made it happen. I only needed 5 tees and they even accommodated my small Rush order. These guys were great.

Wow, Brown Box Tees really came through! I had to supply a quantity of shirts for a national event and I needed an experienced reliable printer. I took a chance on Brown Box because they really seemed to know what they were doing (Thanks Mikey and Matt!).
I had some artwork that was NOT screen-print friendly (distressed font, halftones, narrow outlines -- sorry, guys!) and had multiple colors. The registration was not going to be easy. Lee Ann did a great job making the artwork print-ready, and the printing crew did a quality job. I had no mis-prints (which I've experienced at some other shops

Mikey and his team did a great job with our custom order for MVMOM. They set up an online ordering process and packaged each order for us.
