I called to get an estimate of how much it would be to get my car unlocked because I accidentally locked the keys in my car. I was told ROUGHLY $70... I waited about an hour and 30 min, when he finally arrived he said it was going to be $235. Why would you tell someone roughly $70 when it was nowhere near that price? Now if they said roughly $70, but it came out to $100 that would be more reasonable.... But $235... that's ridiculous. Today I called for my friend to ask for a quote and was told it was $70. After the technician finished fixing my friend's car, he was asked to pay over $250. Afterwards I called to question the inconsistency of the prices, I was told by a third person that only technician knew the price, the owner didn't. My question is why the owner gave me a quote if he didn't know the price? ! Is it swindling?
