Very rude assistant (Carlos) unprofessional work been waiting for evidences for months, attorney never shows up to court dates stated that “due to the Covid n her medical reasons she is excused from being present in court!!” Also called to ask for updates on my spouse case an her Assistant was rude and likes to fuss an let’s not forget to mention they only care about calling you for payments!! Plz don’t waste your money here if you looking for a good attorney this isn’t the right place! Her Assistant excuse to the bad reviews was that her ex husband has something to do with the poor reviews

Miss Karen is extremely the best lawyer I ever met in my whole life her team Mr Carlos very great in communication. I was in jail for something I didn’t commit 3 different charges. I have known Karen Pass for over 26 years, and she is an experienced and competent attorney. I read the review by her Ex-husband and am surprise he has the unmitigated gall to comment but since he is a narcissist it should not be too surprising. He and an ex-employee (who tried to sabotage her business) have teamed up to try to ruin her life, and should not be believed no matter what they say. I see clients “family” commenting that she would not call them and tell “them” what was going on with husband’s, brother’s, sister’s, etc.’s case. Well and attorney is only permitted, by law

I hired Karen and am pretty satisfied with how she handled my case. Her staff is friendly and made sure that me and Karen were on the same page through the whole process. My case was in Clayton county, which she has a good reputation in, and I could've easily gotten jail time but she got me probation instead. I would recommend her and would use her services again. Hopefully I won't need it though

This Attorney Law Firm is a very very very bad I have hired them to do some legal work for me and they are very bad in representing us and because of that my daughter is serving long time in prison and I won't recommend this Law Firm to anybody miss pass do not show up to court or she doesn't show up to see her clients at at the jail all and they making a bunch of excuses for her absences and I don't think I don't think she should be practicing law

Has employees trained to answer phones as if they are licensed to practice law. Is a liar. Is a cash cow. Never consults with certain individuals directly through her email, voice or in person. If an attorney's husband advises you otherwise of her practice then you know you're in for trouble. Refuses to provide itemized billing.
