The son of an immigrant family, I was born in Poland, but moved to Canada at the age of 3. Growing up in a multicultural country, I was surrounded by various religions, ethnicities and viewpoints. This has contributed to my curiosity for understanding the uniqueness of each individual. I'm passionate about working with individuals and families from all walks of life.

He can provide a superbill which you may use for reimbursement from your insurance company. Yes, telepsychiatry visits are an option after the initial telephone consultation, if Dr. Pelc deems the patient to be a good fit for telepsychiatry.

Dr. Pelc was very quick to reach out and help with my immediate concerns. He's fantastic about focusing on all the non-medication therapies one should attempt before starting on or adding medications. He was able to come up with a great treatment plan to fit my needs right off the bat and it has helped me tremendously.

We turned to Dr. Pelc when our 12 year old was experiencing emotional difficulties and struggling in school. He was very thorough and managed all of our concerns about medication protocols and outcomes. He can walk the fine line between parents with differing viewpoints, while advocating for the child as well. As a therapist myself I recommend him to my colleagues as well.
