It was a pleasant surprise coming across a family-run business that sells quality service. The owner, Brian was hands-on the entire process. I was tasked to find a replacement for a Sephora storefront window that was shattered by a bunch of teens. Thankfully, Brian made it happen and offered a reasonable price given the time pressure to get it fixed quickly. Highly recommend.

First of all, when I check the reviews I saw Brian Lowe the owner give his own company a review, pretty low MR. Lowe. I contacted Brian about replacing glass on 5 windows. He tried me out at about $1700 total. I told him he was tooo high and he lowered by $500 and said I had to place the order asap. When I went to meet up with him at the property, he never showed. I called , texted, he never answered. so I called from a different phone and he finally answered..he told me that is what I get for trying to bargain price with his company. Brian Lowe you are Lowe.

Don’t hire this company! They never finished the job and Brian is not returning phone calls. The scratched lots of things and promised that they will take care of everything and we would be very happy. This did not happened and we are very disappointed after like 3-4 weeks calling them to finish. See pictures for your selves.
