The guy who runs this place is a class act. The quality of the service I received is true to the shop's name. I stupidly broke a piece of glass sliding it along the floor, and he took it back for partial credit toward a replacement piece. On top of that, he was very patient and understanding. It's rare that a business gives you the benefit of the doubt. I had previously received quite the opposite of this kind of service at a glass place down south, and it's good to know there are still businesses who put customers first. It makes a huge difference.
