I wasn't sure if Journeys Inc. would be needed n booking my Viking Cruise, but I had used them before with some other travel and wanted to give them a chance. Journeys made a significant difference in two ways. They helped me process an e-check so I could save 3% on the booking and when Viking only left us a 30 minute layover to change planes on our return flight, I contacted Journeys and they fixed the booking promptly leaving us the right amount of time for our layover. The personalized experience you get is like none other they take their time with you and this is especially important for the older generation who needs a little more help with planning and paperwork. I can call, text, or email and always get a quick response. Journey’s INC. has assisted me on various trips and each time I felt like I was working with family. Wow. What a great experience it’s been with Journeys! From the beginning Kim, Krissy, and Jackie have been nothing short of helpful. They made the process so much smoother and the stress of setting up reservations were definitely lightened due to them. Even up until the day guests were arriving to the resort they were accommodating last minute changes. The final touches and upgrades to the transportation and room they provided were so thoughtful. I’ll definitely recommend and use them again for any vacations. Thanks again ladies for your awesome service!

Traveling these days can be confusing and a headache, they had everything lined up ,all the websites you need for all the documents you need which made our travel easier !! Our whole trip was amazing we had a great time from the shuttle service to the resort Secrets The Vine Mexico!!! This is our third time using Journeys travel agency and Kim Goldstein and she did not disappoint this will be our go to for any future plans for vacation!!

I'm not sure there are any other words to describe the promptness, professionalism, and accuracy we received using Journeys Inc. Kim and her team offered exemplary support throughout the process. Particularly considering the time our vacation transpired, during COVID. They were prompt in rescheduling us, offering us various options for rebooking, and even going above by reaching out to the property for extra accommodations.
