We have always only had a great experience on our vacations booked through Jean! She makes everything seamless from start to finish. We were forced to cancel our cruise last summer because my mom passed away. This was a difficult time for me and my family. Jean was so supportive and helpful during that entire process. She is our only travel agent and we will continue to work with her when booking our travel plans.
