Entek is proudly the longest serving Carrier provider in the Pacific Northwest for residential, commercial, and industrial. I have never purchased a new furnace and AC before, but my experience with Entek has been A+. Louis from Sales was very pleasant and knowledgeable when he came out to give me a quote. The team that did the installation today was awesome. On time, drama free, and left my garage cleaner than it was when they arrived. They were also happy to explain… how everything works and answer all my questions. I also picked Entek because of a friend's awesome experience with very reliable service over the past many years. I had a bad heat pump in a house I recently bought. I called Entek and the recommended a complete new system as it was 18 years old. After doing some research the consensus was that this was the right thing to do. I got quotes from several local HVAC companies and Entek was very competitive price wise on a good quality system. Dennis was able to help me out on the price a bit further so I want with them for the install.
The system was installed in one day with very professional staff. I had a few minor things that needed adjustment post install and Dennis was able to get a guy out to my house

My furnace needed maintenance I called Entek. The service man was very professional. He put his boot covers on at door. He looked at my basement furnace with me. He educated me on the good things and diagnosed the bad. He explained everything so I could understand. He explained Furnace prevention things I needed to do to make sure my Goodwin furnace runs great in the future.. Overall I was very pleased with their service.

Evan was prompt, extremely courteous, and worked diligently to find a rather obscure problem in my Carrier heat pump. Fantastic service! All work was performed in an incredibly professional and courteous manner. The crew of Chad, Michael and Adam arrived at 7:55 on the nose and were ready to work. They told us they would be done by 5:30, and were out the door by 3:45. New furnace, Nest and hot water heater installed and working perfectly.

Very happy with our service. Not only was Entek the cheapest option between three companies but they've been very friendly and helpful each time we interact with them. They've come through when our scheduling was difficult and they've come through when a couple of our ducts weren't heating well. Great people.

Searched online for help with a issue I came across while cleaning my dryer duct. The brush cam loose and I needed it pushed back down. They said they had 24 hr emergency services. Well that's not true. When I asked about it they kept hanging up on me. They told me it was after hours and the weekend and couldn't help!

I've used Entek for my HVAC service needs for over 10 years. I have 2 heat pumps (one up, one down), and they've ran over 22 years. The main floor compressor finally died and I called multiple companies to give me quotes - including Entek. Their salesperson is very knowledgeable and gave me the best solution and price (there are so many options that it is not easy to get an apples to apples comparison). I am deployed in the Military and in a bind, Called these guys to fix my Moms heater. They quoted 150 for diagnostic. They had good reviews, But you never know what you get these days. Well,They were out within 3 hrs of calling on Black Friday and fixed problem for only 100.00 and were there was 2 hrs rewiring panel as there was a fire hazard! They didn't even charge for parts.
These guys are the best. They are truly professional , and very caring folks. Highly recommended and we will use them for all out future needs heating related. I cant say enough about this company, Thanks from afar

I have used this company for HVAC service at least 10 times in the last 20 years. Our system was poorly installed and designed by some other company, and has needed frequent repairs or upgrades. Today, I asked them to come out and make my furnace ducts more efficient.
Also, my dryer vent was hanging in the air and my bathroom fan vent was disconnected. Igor showed up on time, and did an amazing job, removing the ends of all the old ducts and doing a professional job cleaning up and taping and sealing everything in the crawlspace and garage. It did not look this good when it was brand-new. Five
