Received a pedicure which was ok by a gentleman. He insisted I get my nails done and I did. He also convinced me to do dip as it would last longer than gel. Boy did I make a huge mistake but not just sticking to gel. By the next day my nails looked cracked and faded. I went back in as I was scheduled to leave on a trip in a day only to be told it's ok, your nail chemical is rejecting the paint. Umm...it doesn't reject other stuff. So dude redid the ones looking faded and cracked by buffing and adding another layer saying it would be back to good and I'd be good. By mid day the next

So thankful for everyone here. My husband as and I had a great experience. So my husband and I on a whim decided to look for a place to get a couples massage and since we live in Gilroy we called a couple places and luxury Day spa had somebody available right away within the hour. So we came in about 20-25 minutes early and they quickly were able to accommodate us and welcome us in. They were so kind and so helpful they showed us around the whole place and offered other options if we wanted to check it out like the spa tub and the sauna which were incredible and we will definitely be doing that

I went in today for a mani & pedi. The service was great, no complaints. My nails look great, no complaints. However, my complaint is about sanitation. I did notice that both my technicians did not pull my nail clippers and cuticle cutters out of sterilized packages. One technician wiped my cuticle cutter with only alcohol. I didn’t say anything until the tech doing my pedicure pulled out the thing that separates your toes when they polish them. It was previously used! There was red on it and not sure if it was nail polish or blood. I immediately told her that that was used and that it was disgusting

Do not waste your time or money. Went today had the worst experience . The lady did one coat on my toes and sent me off. I walked to my car and the polish was off. I came back inside and her response was why you not tell me , instead of saying sorry about that let me fix it.
My gel pedicure was horrible. She left color on the sides of my nails. Just horrible. Rushed .

I came to luxury because I am satisfied every time I come in and I don't trust anywhere else in gilroy. I didn't make an appointment going in because I wouldn't have minded waiting a while, but I only was waiting around 5 minutes! I initially went in to get a regular gel manicure but the guy who was doing my nails convinced me to try dip. He finished my manicure so fast and the nails turned out really good! Super happy with them.

Where do I start? This place is AMAZING! If you live in Gilroy you know that it's hard to find a nail salon that's actually up to date with the latest trends and that actually does what you request, but this salon has never failed me.

Convinced the man who did my pedi was not certified. Didn't even know how to care for an ingrown. He clipped the corners of each big toe. He couldn't even file nails into a straight line. No joke I could have saved like $40 something dollars and have done it myself. I sincerely think I would have done a better job. Horrible. I spent $117 for GEL nails and a pedi. Not even acrylic nails. All I wanted was one hand black and the other orange glitter. He kept putting the colors on the wrong fingers. Like how complicated is it to do one hand black gel and the other orange glitter. Never going back.. I have never spent that much for a pedi and gel nails..ridiculous.

I came here to get a full set done for my birthday and right as Thai glued the tips on the power went out... I thought for sure I was going to be turned away with unfinished nails.. to my surprise they wheeled in a small generator and finished everyone's nails. I had come in last so Thai was doing my nails way past closing but he kept smiling and being nice. He's such an amazing artist and he's very friendly.

I will never go there again!! They dont even deserve 1 star!! They are Rude and they charge you for services that you dont request you get surprised with the charges when you are paying.
Beware. Prices are always different for the same service depends on who you ask. They charged a woman $15 more than they charged me for the same service i had . One day after getting my nails filled i had 2 nails pop off, when i called to complain they would not repair them for free. They wanted to charge me $10 for their bad workmanship!!!

I had a great experience yesterday while getting my regular pedicure and manicure. However the polish is already peeling and I haven't done much today.
Update: since posting this update 5 hours ago, 5 more nails starting peeling. Looks like I have to repaint my nails for the 4th within 2 days of getting them done.

Unfortunately my gel nail color one came out in less than 2 days. I went back, they were able to fixed. I went my vacation overseas. The rest of nail color all come out in 7 days .... very bad, I can't fix it bcs trip schedule are tight .
I've been doing gel manicure for years, this first time it didn't even stay for a week. Plus i was on vacation, didn't do any dishes or cleaning, laundry, there's no reason that I ruing it .

Kevin is the best person that I've had do my fill-in. He's knowledgeable and took his time when doing my nails. I asked to have a different color per nail and he was completely patient with my minor OCD and made sure I got what I wanted until I was happy.
Kim is the best person for a pedicure. My mom and I have been going to her since we moved to Gilroy. She is the best because if you've got an ingrown nail, her powers will surprise you. She also takes her time and is such a kind and conversational employee.

Went for the first time on Saturday, I got a Gre manicure and gel pedicure and everything was great but then all of my manicure nail polish peeled off the next Tuesday. When I went back Tuesday, the lala that helped me was really rushed redoing them and didn't even do a good job. I definitely won't be going back here.

The price was totally worth it. It was fast, clean and relaxing and I just loved it. Costumer service was pretty great, they weren't pushy, rude nothing.
The only thing is I wish the technician would finish my set himself, it was just applying the last coat but still, I just would've preferred that, but over all it was a good experience and I will be coming back...

Honestly I didn't even want to give them 1 star. First they didn't do my feet and nails the same color ( I asked them repeatedly too ) , they charged me 32$ for a fill then 25$ for my feet ... I thought okay .. That's fine . even though the man originally told me it was less .. Then they charged 71$ on my card .

Starting off on the positive, it's one of the few nail salons in this area that actually feels spa-ish --- but it's reflected in their prices. Shared lot w a bunch of other shops in the plaza so it's decently easy to find parking. Also great, the tools they use are sealed n clean.
However, I came in for a gel mani and pedi and the chick managed to knick me THREE times on various parts of my fingers bat at least the woman working on my feet did a decent job. sadly, my feet didn't pedicured, more like the kinda cleaned up feeling you get when you do your own at home... just
