Having this particular office as our representative for State Farm for a number of years we have decided to find a company that actually cares about it's customers. It's difficult to get them on the phone, to return calls or to take care of issues. They drag their feet on everything and to top it all off, they're not very friendly. REALLY DISSAPPOINTED with Jerry Johnson's office.

Been insured with State Farm over 1 year. Called the office two separate times and personally talked to Ben about updating my number and address on file on Two separate occasions. He failed to do so and I am forced to call the 1800 number to get anything actually done. Poor customer service at this local office.
