Empowerment Counseling Center staff consists of licensed and insured clinicians from various disciplines. This multidisciplinary staff allows ECC to provide effective, comprehensive clinical care to clients at one agency. Each staff member adheres to their discipline's code of ethics, which further allows them to provide sound and ethical outpatient services.
We also provide TeleMental Health to reach those where obtaining care is difficult and challenging.

I have been reaching out to the Manager/Owner regarding a $300 payment that should have gone thru insurance and she refuses to handle the matter. Keeps responding she will look into it. Everytime I call the office they state she is gone for the day or does not work that day. This is an ongoing issue since JUNE of 2020. My therapist is phenomenal however the front office staff is lacking in a major way.

I tried to get a friend in. they are much more interested in getting paid then getting someone some help. I was ready to pay cash however the pay-wall receptionist was more interested in getting insurance information before an appointment time would be discussed.
They also want to keep a copy of a credit/debit card. Of course that answer is no.
I finally found someone that is more interested in helping out a patient than getting all the financials ready.
