Spiegel Estate Planning was born from my love of family. As an attorney and a mother, I have an acute understanding of how to best protect and plan for each client's family, health, and assets. I earnestly believe that every person needs and deserves an estate plan, whether they are a high net worth individual or someone with modest assets.
Parents, couples, and single persons all need estate plans to correctly distribute assets, specify guardianship of minor children, and plan for times of incapacity or disability. It's really simple for me: I love educating my clients, understanding the nuances of each specific individual, and crafting a personalized plan to prepare my clients for some of their most important life decisions.

Services
A well-drafted and complete estate plan will ensure that your family and assets are protected should something happen to you. I take a holistic approach to my client's estate planning. In our work together, we will thoughtfully consider all concerns regarding assets, unique family dynamics, and health interests.
I offer a free Initial Consultation as a first step to discuss your estate planning objectives in detail and to determine if we are a good fit. Please contact me directly at 310-499-7169 or email me at juliya@spiegelestateplanning.com to schedule a consultation. My process includes at least two in-person meetings from introduction to a completed estate plan.
An estate plan is a set of legal documents that manages your care and finances during your lifetime, and distributes your assets after your death. In your estate plan, you designate how and by whom your financial and medical decisions will be made upon your incapacity or death. If you have minor children, your estate plan designates their guardian.
