We had a wonderful experience with (B and M Restorations). They came out first thing this morning after we called yesterday evening. Troy Dillingham did a wonderful job with fixing my 3 leaky toilets, removal of sump pump and installation of new sump pump and replacing the outside hose bib that was leaking and installing a shut off valve for the outside hose bib under the kitchen sink. Troy was very friendly and personable and made sure that all the work was done to my satisfaction.

Well organized company. They keep you well informed of schedule and completion of the work. We contracted with them to take care of flood damage to our home. They worked with our insurance company to make sure all damage was documented and taken care of. Personnel who came to our home were very professional

Called after hours and didn't get an answer, and I didn't leave a message (being impatient). I received a call back before I could find someone else to call, and they cake out the next morning. Everyone was pleasant to deal with, on time, didn't leave a message, and thorough during the entire process. They all gave clear answers and ideas on how to move forward to prevent future flooding into the basement. I hope to never have to call B+M again, but should I need to, they'll be the first I contact.

We had a frozen pipe During the frigid winter in 2018 while out of town, that caused extensive damage to our bedrooms. We were referred to B+M by our insurance company and they arrived at our home the following morning. Remediation began immediately and the entire project was overseen by the owners, Brenda and Mike. The entire repair was overseen by them personally and the work was performed by the most outstanding staff of professionals. Everyone working on our home arrived promptly each and every day. They staff stayed in constant communication with us regarding the repairs and what would happen
