Established in 2009 as L&L Inc., Owner Brian Arndt set on a mission to provide the Multi-Housing Industry and commercial properties with the highest quality products, unmatched customer service and a level of craftsmanship that is all but extinct in today's construction industry. L&L Inc., builds on three generations of experience and knowledge of welding and metal fabrication services begun by his late grandfather, Carl Arndt Sr. in 1936 and continued today by his father Lee Arndt and brother Jason Arndt.

At L&L Inc, we are extremely proud of our charitable endeavors. Our President, Brian Arndt, along with his family and associates, actively volunteer, participate, sponsor, and donate to a variety of community programs. We participate in recreational sports teams and events in association with the following organizations.
Since we are experiencing changes in the industry, we are currently managing a system wherein our clients will be informed and will be able to cope up with these challenges. The process involving scheduling the services we offer can be demanding at some point but we at L&L Inc. will strive to provide you with effective and efficient ways to complete the projects in a timely manner.
This email will hopefully give some insight into my relationship with the folks at L&L Rail & Fence. I have worked with Southern Management for over 26 years now, and my primary responsibilities are to assist our 12 MOCO residential communities with their service contracts and yearly capital improvement contracts.
