After my accident, Tammy Schach immediately guided me through all available institutional support. Although no one was harmed in the accident, I was at fault and felt both foolish and ashamed. Tammy sensed those sentiments and responded with acceptance, empathy, humor, and professionalism. The car is now completely fixed, and I'd be truly negligent if failing to offer a testimonial regarding her impressive service.

I was a 20 year customer and due to the inability to process a simple request for two months I was forced to cancel everything. It’s pretty sad to watch a one time great company drown in incompetence.

When I initially called, I had a nice long conversation with one of the agents, went through a lot of details to get everything started and i thought it was a very constructive chat, but at the end of the day i emailed him my information and he never got back to me so it was a waste of our time. I dont know, maybe they expect their customers to keep reaching out and beg for service? Company seems to not really care for new customers and i can only imagine how responsive theyd be when you need to ACTUALLY use their services.
So its a no from me 👎

I shopped around using Zebra and Progressive and other sites that advertise that they will find you the lowest premium for your policy. Haylie was able to shave another $400 off the lowest policy price I could find after I invested hours of research and talking to several other insurance companies. They are a brokerage, so they can also check several carriers to see who has the most competitive pricing for your particular risk matrix. Give them a try! = )
