I was very happy with the service I have received from Ian Johnson . He provided me with options and was able to get me insured in a very timely manner. Going with State Farm saved me a little more than half cost with same coverages I had with previous company that I was with for over 15years. I would recommend this agent and company.

Although I won't be insuring with State Farm, I just wanted to give a shout out to Ian for his top notch customer service. Most insurance companies call your ear off if you don't opt to go with their company. I told Ian there was quite a cost difference between my current insurance and his quote. He was ensured me the rate I was getting currently was great and that if there was ever anything I needed in the future he would be there and left it at that. I wish more insurance companies would follow this level of customer service and courtesy.

At first service was great and Ian was helpful, however after years of being with him we have had one issue after another. Simple tasks turn into issues that take weeks even months to resolve. The admin… assistants lack customer service and it is very apparent there is poor communication in the office. We've been overcharged twice because of this and it's extremely disappointing.

Ian Johnson provided incredible service. We spoke with him for about an hour and fifteen minutes and he had covered more than our previous insurance providers had in two years. He took the time to ask questions and get to know us and our needs regarding insurance. I brought my daughter with me who is sixteen, and he explained the importance of safe… driving in a way that made us comfortable. When speaking with him, it is like talking to a friend who genuinely cares about you. Ian provides such a positive atmosphere, and for that reason, we would highly recommend working with him.

Was transferred to him after our agent retired. The only time I spoke with Ian was when I had contacted another agent about transferring our policy. Ian's office couldn't manage the simplest of tasks like… accurately processing an address change. When it came to anything else I would have to make more than one call and then follow up on my own to make sure things were done. Ian blamed all the issues we'd had on State Farm's computers. He also accused the new agent of trying to steal us. Totally unprofessional in addition to being incredibly incompetent.
