What a fantastic experience! Dave Dominguez is a wonderful professional who truly knows his craft. He tuned up our whole system, showed me how to take care of my unit, and gave me items to look out for in the future. An absolute bargain for the price I paid.

Ierna’s provides excellent, quick service! The maintenance contract is fairly priced and well worth it. I always request Carlos for my technician. He has taken the time to help me understand the AC/heating system and the maintenance I should be doing. He’s the best! I would recommend Ierna’s to anyone! Thank you for the great service.

I purchase the annual maintenance plan each year which gives our home a spring and a fall ac/furnace check up. Ierna's installed our Bryant AC/Heating system, redid our duct system and added another return air and installed a new main line from the air handler in the garage to the condenser unit behind our home a few years ago,, so they have completely redone our system since we built the home. I trust them unconditionally, they even serviced our prior system which gave us issues for years. (leaks in the freon lines). Yesterday I had service by technician Carlos come by my home for my fall visit

Updated 10/5/21 - Changed to 3 stars because they eventually did the right thing. They replaced the outdoor condenser unit (and installed a new UV light on the head unit) under warranty. I essentially paid $768 for a whole new system. Only got 4 years out of the original system, but hopefully no more issues for a long time.

Service Tech Henry came to our home to install (re-run PVC pipe ) on our condensation pumps. He did a beautiful job. What a great job and what an awesome attitude this man has. He shared that he had been an… HVAC instructor at a Trade School. Ierna couldn’t have sent a more knowledge Tech to do the job. His entire attitude was to make sure we were pleased! I was contacted the next day by the service manager, he scheduled a comprehensive maintenance cleaning which improved the performance of the A/C unit greatly. Thank you!
There's more to be done, (air handler coils) which will be scheduled when attic temperatures lower.

Been waiting since last Wednesday to speak with Jeremy concerning the 3yr old A/C unit that was purchased from Ierna's along with the annual maintenance agreement. Maybe the owner would be interested in knowing what poor customer service activities that are taking place. She can contact me anytime.

Darrin M. was our technician to fix our air conditioning. He was not in our house for even a minute when he already figured out what was wrong with our air conditioning. Not only was he extremely professional but he was very knowledgeable and quickly fixed our air-conditioning and also gave us some tips on how to spot these issues in the future. I highly recommend him for any air conditioning repairs. He is simply the best!!!

I've used Ierna for 7 years, pay for the 2 year maintenance service. Yesterday the tech was scheduled to come between 2-4 ,calls me at 4:15 & said he would arrive in 45 minute- not convenient! The office called me 10 minutes later to reschedule but could not fit me in before the closing on my house. I explained to the scheduler that I have a contract in which now I am losing 1 entire year on because they can't come- her response-- sorry she can't do anything about it. How about sending the tech out 1 st thing in the AM ? How about a partial refund for my maintenance contract

Ierna's falsely advertises duct cleaning services on their web site. However, they apparently don't even do duct cleaning. They use this as a lead to come out and see if you need a new air handler. If you don't they recommend you call someone who cleans ducts. What a terrible business practice to waste people's time like that. Scheduled my entire morning around this appointment. When I called I went into detail about exactly what I needed. Duct cleaning. She said the tech would come to give me a quote. Then I waited a few days for the appointment. Tech just left.

This is a very shady company. We had issues stemming from sales not matching what happened during install. The installation team was a mess and took way longer. From there we had repeat issues stemming over a year and the company was not able to resolve even after sending out quality and management teams. We ended up with water damage from the last issue and was told the unit was installed incorrectly and wired wrong... This is after the company sent quality inspectors. Even theou BBB mediation the company would only offer to do work themselves, l no reimbursement for water damage, and more maintenance

I would not choose this company.
After giving my availability for a quote I get calls and text messages late at night and early in the am outside of the hours given.
I withdrew my request for a quote and now I have continued to receive multiple letters in the mail with promotional materials from this company.
Stop harassing people!
Stay away from a company who can't take NO for an answer!!!

I had Ierna come out to assist me in replacing my aging AC unit in my condo and was very impressed. Not only was the free estimate right in line with what I was expecting, but the installation by Don and Donnie was exceptional. They had originally told me that it might take 4hrs, but they were able to install it within 3 hrs. Don and Donnie were knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, and professional. I would definitely recommend Ierna and especially Shannon, Don, and Donnie. Thanks again!

We picked Ierna's. They charge 29.95 for the check up and tune up. Initially they said we had issues with our upstairs unit that would prevent him with doing the service but it turned out fine.
