My employer sent a SYMPATHY flower arrangement to my home, which was delivered at my door step early in the morning under freezing temperatures… the delivery person could have rang the door bell and wait 1 minute for me to open the door to keep the flowers from freez-burning… so the flowers died that day …

I ordered a corsage for my best friend’s son to give to his prom date and paid top dollar for the arrangement and an additional $15 for delivery - just 3.2 miles away - with a requirement it be delivered by end of day 05/14. The order was placed online and at no point was any indication given that an on time delivery would be a problem. However, a call was received around 7pm, delivery evening of 05/14, and the florist asked if it could be delivered the morning of 05/15 instead. A new set time of 10-11am of 05/15 was agreed upon and all was settled. However, the arrangement still had not been
