Okay well to start my appointment started at 3:30 and We didn’t get started on my hair until after 4. I was hoping the woman cutting my hair would have some creative ideas on how to help me cut/style my hair. Instead she was condescending and asked if I had a picture of what I wanted. After my hair was coloured the colour is virtually invisible. She even asked if we were able to see it and said it might be the “lighting” as to why none of us saw a change-except for the occasional random blonde strand in the bottom of the hair that don’t blend in whatsoever. I give this place three stars because my hair stylist was nice but she didn’t cut my hair. But when I called to make an appointment for a HAIRCUT and blow dry. The receptionist told me they had an 6 pm appointment which I requested a later time due to the fact I work and get off at 5. So I came and the stylist started to shampoo and blow dry my hair I stopped her and told her am I surposed to get a haircut too. She said it was for a blow dry and style. I was like no I scheduled it today for a cut. Well she got another stylist to cut my hair and she was acting like she didn’t want to do it.

My husband bought me a gift certificate for Christmas and I scheduled a pedicure. When I arrived, I went to the area in the back of the salon and sat in the pedicure chair. The technician was very nice and accommodating and did a good job, minus the leg massage but overall average. The issue I have is the moldy smell and damp floor. The technician apologized and kept spraying Lysol stating they had a leak in the roof and think something had gotten too wet and not dried out. Amazing! Beautiful, spa and salon, with upscale spa atmosphere. I could feel the "escape" upon just entering. My daughter had full highlights for a last minute Birthday appointment with Phoebe...who was very experienced, very detailed in gathering the look we hoped for, and nice to spend a few hours with. Definitely recommend...and the pricing is very fair for the 5 star treatment we received.

I have alot of issues with this spa. I have been here more than 10 times and every time is usually good, not great. This last time I was in, I booked a 90 min deep tissue massage. I had someone I have never had before. It wasn't good. They asked me what areas of my body needed to be focused on and I said: neck, back and feet. Those three areas are the only thing the person focused on. No calves, thighs, arms, or hands. I didn't even receive a warmed neck, eye, or back pillow. I normally don't like the fancy girlie girl places but this place made me feel really comfortable. They have a waiting area that allowed me to get away from cosmetics larea. I went in because of some pains that I was having in my neck. Courtney made sure to pay close attention to the problem area. She quickly noticed that there was an issue and went to work. Her hands were like magic. I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat.

I visited Ici Paris Day Spa after reading and researching places to go for a massage in the area. I had a wonderful experience for my first massage experience. The therapist was very attentive to my needs and the experience was very relaxing. The receptionist were also warm & inviting. I look forward to returning for a longer session soon.

I've been going to Ici Paris for some time for my nails. They are a wonderful, sweet and very professional staff. The salon is welcoming, beautiful and serene. Their nail techs have been great but I must highly praise their newest addition -- Anna. I had a very successful business as a nail tech for almost 8 years in North Carolina so I'm not your average client. Sitting with my cousin while she gets hair and makeup and the woman doing her hair has already bad mouthed her hair color and bad mouthed the salon we normally go to. Very tacky and not a good way to get business. Also they couldn't seem to even offer me a chair or anything. This place has always been tacky but it seems they have gotten even more unprofessional and rude.

Ice Paris was great the first time around but once they realized I was in a wheelchair times changed, even though I transfer myself, they refuse to see me without another person to minimally help me, I have called asking them to do so but the owner and managers marked the chart not to see me without somebody present!

If you are a bride and are looking for a salon to work with to get ready for your big day.....GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!! My mother and her friend but appointments and Ici Paris for mani and pedis. When it was time for the bride's pedi they told her that they didn't had a scheduling issue and did not have the staff to be able to do it. Then someone else tells her that she never scheduled a pedi.
