The best builder of family homes in the area! All sub-contractors were some of the best in the business. High quality workmanship. Our home was built with above average materials and is very energy efficient. Also, our home was completed on time and under budget. The whole process was handled very professionally and after 5 months of living in it we couldn't be happier. Thanks to all that helped in the process.

We looked at all of the builders and their models in the Palm Bay area over the course of 12 months. We went to construction sites to look at the homes in various stages of construction and found block walls that you could see light through the mortar joints among other things. After 12 months of research we determined that the builder that… consistently had the highest quality was Price Family Homes. Communication with the builder to client has always been understanding and immediate. Their homes are absolutely beautiful and the most energy efficient possible. Price family homes is building a new home next to my current house, and I am not currently a customer of theirs. While they were clearing out the trees next to my house, the equipment they used mistakenly broke the drainpipe going out to the sewer. This had happened the week prior and no one knew it was broken till the water from our toilets backed up into our showers yesterday morning. I called Price that same morning after I realized the drain wash out cap was broken and leaking water. They sent out someone to look at the damage and had the plumber out to fix it that same day. The issue was resolved
