Thank god for ADS Equipment. I had a system issue... and they swooped in to rescue me. A good IT company is hard to find and they are a GREAT IT firm. I can not recommend them enough. They have bailed me out through a computer dying (rescuing my information), remote working through Covid, and setting up an entire office building. They are amazing!

Josh came to my rescue. I was having issues with my voice over ip telephones an was not able to make or receive calls. A quick call and he was at work. Couldn't be happier with his service.

I know Scott Schweiger at ADS Equipment and he was so helpful! I called him about a computer problem that I thought was "really bad" and turns out he fixed it in less than a minute! ADS Equipment is THE PLACE to go for any computer/tech issues you may encounter!

I'm very impressed with the service ADS Equipment provided me. I was having trouble finding someone to come out to my house and rewire all the phone lines to ethernet ports. When I stumbled upon ADS, they sent Kenny to my place in 2 hours. He came prepared for the job, and re-did every port, including neatly wiring and securing everything in my wiring panel. I couldn't have asked for better.

I'd definitely use them again.

Scott from ADS equipment is wonderful! We were having issues with wifi dead zones in our home, so we had him come out and take a look and he had us up and running in no time. He's also really great for any of your personal computer/ tablet/ smartphone/ email needs!

I am a small business owner with offices in California and an office based in Bellevue, WA. I've found most previous IT experiences to be both frustrating and emotionally draining, and I am constantly on the alert for self-proclaimed "IT professionals". I have a growing business and hence not much time, and i cannot afford down time due to technology problems. When I had a problem I could not handle in house, I called ADs and they were on to it quickly. Solved the problems with internet connectivity, (and they were not simple problems), and then took over and managed the growth of my network as I hired more people. As i grow bigger still I will be relying on these guys to keep me connected and up to date with internet and phone equipment that keeps our mobile crews connected and efficient. Thanks guys.

The first step is admitting you have a problem. My problem? Thinking I can do it all myself. Boy was I wrong! Buying the wrong equipment, things breaking... Scott and his team are there to save the day! The best part? Totally proactive. I knew about the XP shut-down long before a glimmer of news hit the wires because Scott is in the loop and was able to help me stay up and running. My computers and systems aren't touched by a single other person now that I found Scott.

ADS Equipment is the best. Need massive IT support for your medical practice? ADS. Need to figure out your email on your smartphone? Surprisingly, they'll do that too!

These guys work with businesses with ten, fifty, a hundred or more computers. Yet, they found the time to diagnose a problem with one computer and a failing power supply.

ADS Equipment is the IT company I trust when I have a computer problem. Scott is a friendly face, quick to answer the phone and provides knowledgeable solutions in a timely manner.

Scott offers reasonable hourly rates or, if you are like me, you can choose to go "on retainer" and simply pay a fixed monthly cost.

In any event, he is a world above other IT companies and I recommend giving him a try for your small business IT needs. He also handles a lot of non-profits.
