For several municipal WWTPs - Evaluate feasibility of land application, prepare permit applications, identify suitable farms, develop map of farm showing setbacks, staging and storage areas, and biosolids application areas, communicate with farmers regarding compliance with Soil Conservation Plans and Nutrient Management Plans and provide technical guidance during implementation of land application programs.
