If I could rate lower than one star I would, for the lack of respect both in the room and out. One of the NP's and nurse talk down to and in a rude voice to the patient's parents as well as about the parents in the hallway with other coworkers. This not appropriate nor professional in any setting. We have had good experiences in the past with other providers for regular checkups. We greatly appreciated their kindness and willingness to help with treating our kids illnesses as this can be a stressful and worrisome time. My husband and I have been so happy every time we have had to take our little ones. They treat us like we are family. We usually see Mary James or Kailey, but all of the providers have been great. We had to bring our sick son in this morning to see Mary James and it honestly feels like she truly loves my kids. I can’t express how thankful I am for this group of people!
