We specialize in offering Primary and Immediate Care Service at both clinic locations. PPCC was established in 1994 by opening the valleys first independent Walk-In Urgent Care Clinic.
It was the clinic's aim to provide affordable, quality, healthcare 7-days per week with no appointment necessary and to expand the availability of Primary Care. For the past 25 years, we've been driven to maintain that vision. Today, PPCC has two clinic locations offering Walk-In, healthcare services.

Services
Our clinics offer School, Church & Sports Physicals year around on a no appointment walk-in basis. Both of our locations in Weiser, ID & Ontario, OR offer this service during business hours. Please bring with you any specific sport, school, or church forms/applications that your affiliation requires.
We are now living in a very different world than we were a few weeks ago. The main message is: DON'T PANIC. We all need to stay home if we are sick and try to maintain our distances. The most important thing is to WASH OUR HANDS. The point of all the precautions is to try and slow the spread of the virus so we don't overtax our health care system.

Dr. Cotter is an amazing doctor.
However, her nurse is someone else!
I’ve never been treated as low as she treated me.
A very rude lady.
If I was the business owner, there’s no way she’d ever represent my company.
There are a lot of people the would appreciate to have her position.
You can attract bees a lot easier with honey than you can vinegar.
