Traditional Chinese Medicine is the longest continually practiced health care system in the world, incorporating acupuncture, moxibustion, herbal medicine, diet therapy, and exercise (tai ji and qi gong). Traditional Chinese Medicine is a complete health care system capable of delivering both primary and specialized care.
Over the centuries, Traditional Chinese Medicine has mapped out subtle networks throughout the body. When these networks get blocked or depleted, disease occurs. Traditional Chinese Medicine has also identified points along these pathways that control certain actions in the body. The ancient Chinese found that stimulating these points caused a cascade of positive changes.
