I was born the son of a Asian Healer dressed in sheep's clothing. I am a mix of Lab and Border Collie, always seeking the balance of my feline friends! And for those of you looking for something more relevant. I was born in Northern California, in the shadow of Mount Shasta. I grew up on a cattle ranch with siblings and attended a boarding school on the Monterey Peninsula for high school.
60 minutes -- Acupuncture treatments are approximately 45 minutes with needles in, but please allow for 60 minutes for pre and post treatment dialogue and checkout. The rates above are the actual rates that will be billed to your insurance company. In network providers may require we discount these some, but please assume this is your full responsibility until your EOB states otherwise.
Please allow for 60 minutes for new appointment (50 minutes for the appointment and 10 minutes for any purchases and future scheduling). Please allow for 30 minutes for a Nutritional Check Up (20 minutes for testing and analysis, 10 minutes for any purchases and future scheduling). Whole food nutrition has been used for millennia to address health and wellness issues much like herbs.
Hair Mineral Analysis can be an exceptional and cost effective tool for asseessing heavy metals and other general wellness conditions. It provides a 3 month snapshot of what is being deposited in the cells. Veterinarians and Animal Nutrition experts have relied heavily on this testing for many decades since their patients can't talk.
Acupuncturists do not get trained in Western Medicine style blood work as part of our Degree work, but many Acupuncturists like myself spend time in Continuing Education courses due to its prevalent use in Western Medicine. The blood work analysis courses are typically taught by Medical Doctors, and the curriculum is very comprehensive.
