Mary Ann is great! She made an awkward situation of a stranger ripping hair off your vaginal area much more comfortable. We had casual conversations the whole time. She offers great pricing. There's a nice peaceful environment with spa music and essential oils. What more can you ask for? Overall my experience was quick and (not so) painless. I will be back!

I am no stranger to waxing though this was my first visit to Revive. Maryann was very accommodating with scheduling. The building is easy to find and there is ample parking. The suite is very nicely appointed,, very calm environment perfect for spa treatments. I had scheduled a full brazilian and she did a fantastic job, she is very nice i felt very at ease. I would definitely recommend and return to her.

We came in for a couples massage but the gal that was suppose to do mine didn't show up. But hey it was meant to be because MAX took absolutely great care of us. He was able to accommodate me the next morning and the name of his business is Serrvasana! Good luck booking an appointment! The voicemail states to text a specific number, then the automated text states that they will call you back. BUT do they ever? NOPE. When I called from a diffrent number than to schedule an appointment then they finally decided to answer, but that's when they showed their true horrible customer service. Whoever I spoke to was super dismissived, told me she was busy until God knows when, then rudely questioned me, and stated that I was misinformed. If she would have taken a diffrent approach, I nicely stated she was booked there wouldn't be an issue. She

I found this place on Groupon and I've been coming to MaryAnn ever since. This is a cute little spa in La Mesa. I purchased a voucher for a Brazilian wax. MaryAnn is very professional and friendly. She does a very thorough job. I am so glad I found Revive. They offer lots of services too, check the website :)

Mary Ann (the owner) is amazing! Not only is she great with last minute appointments but with moving appointments earlier or later to help the customer. She's done my appointments as early as 7 on a Saturday morning or or as late as 9:30 pm on a Friday night. There's no other place that will be this flexible with hours.
I've been going to her for Brazilians since 2016. I live in LA now and I make sure to make a visit to SD atleast once and month specifically so i Can have my Brazilian done by her.

I have been seeing MaryAnn with my boyfriend for the past 1.5 years for a Brazilian wax and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. I initially found the location on Groupon. I have been waxing for about 4 years and she is by far the most accommodating, understanding, and efficient with scheduling and making me comfortable every wax.
I am moving out of San Diego and I am most sad about having to find someone else that is up to her caliber. Also all the rooms are very cute and create a very relaxing ambiance.

Best wax experience ever. If I could I would give MaryAnn 10 Stars. She made me feel welcomed, she made sure I was confortable, she is very efficient and though. She has some really good techniques and equipment for better, faster and almost painless waxind.

Where do I begin. Bought a Groupon. Has my wax at 12pm today. Parking is awful. Mercy. Had to park about 1+ blocks away.
My waxer was Amy. I feel like somehow I inconvenienced her. I. Am. Over. Waxed. My skin is bleeding. I have petechia. I am hurt. This is not my 1st wax. It is not my 20th wax. I have been getting brazilians since about 21 years of age. And get them roughly every 5-7 weeks, with the exception of today. Today was the first one of the season. That should not detract from the fact that the wax that I recieved today was awful. I had to hold my own skin taut, never had this happen

My good friend gave me a Groupon certificate for 80 mins massage . I was a bit skeptical because I always go to a regular place in Moreno blvd.
My massage therapist is awesome!!!! Her name is Monica very positive and vibrant personality . She asked me how would I like and I said not to soft and not too hard. I passed out in the first 15 mins . I woke up refreshed!!

Maryanne the "director" was rude. I called and she said she doesn't have anyone who can accept the Groupon all week but she offer me the same price. Um I already have the Groupon. First red flag.
She would only communicate by text. Second red flag.
She then told me I should as for a refund via Groupon and then book with them directly. Third Red Flag.
Still no response about when a masseuse who takes the Groupon will be available this year!
