Next you will be pampered with our 30 minute Honey Salt Glow. Also included in this package is a 1 hr Eromatherapy massage and a 75 minute European facial with eye treatment.
Come in and let us treat you like a princess! We will start your day with our Infrared Sauna Treatment to get you warmed up and ready to be pampered. You will then experience our mini facial which includes cleansing, toning, massage, masque and moisturizing. Relax next with our 30 minute massage which is customized to your massage preference on 2 to 3 areas of the body.
Calm yourself and achieve a serene state with our Day of Serenity. Your Day of Serenity will completely relax your muscles and leave you feeling more at ease. You will begin with an Infrared Sauna Treatment followed by our brown sugar body scrub, 90 minute Eromatherapy Facial which incorporates use of aromatherapy products and a vitamin rich ampule treatment to leave your face refreshed and renewed.

We each had the Winter Refresher package. Even during Covid we were each able to get all the services, with the exception of the infrared sauna - due to restrictions - we had a great experience. Friendly, clean, relaxing, reasonable prices and will go back! Would have been even better if we each started with putting personal items in a locker and given a robe with slippers/flipflops. Jean, Brian and Vanessa - FANTASTIC!

Would NOT recommend! We went with husband for a couples massage today. The treatment room for couples massage is made so cheap, undecorated and uncomfortable! I regret I didn't take a picture of it. There are only cold square tiles on the floor and even no small rugs for you to be comfortable to step on when you're taking off your clothes. There are also a big wall clock that's ticking so loud and a floor fan that's humming. The sound proofing is very poor so we often hear people taking during our massage. All of that doesn't help you to relax at all!

This place is a hidden gem. Just 10 miles away from Downtown San Diego, this is well worth it. I got a 75-minute massage from Alex and she was super thorough, responsive to feedback, and attentive to my problem areas. She also did not skimp out on any of the time like some reviews I've read reported, I got the full amount of time and was super satisfied. My partner also noted that it was one of the best massages they'd ever had in their life (they had Jessica). I used the Groupon (Thanks Hubby!) and was scheduled for a 75 minute massage along with 45 minutes of the Sauna. The massage was with Vanessa, who is amazing! Had a deep tissue massage with Vanessa. She even hit an area under my shoulder blade through the armpit. It was painful but necessary. I require different things on each side of my body and she executed this perfectly. One side felt like I had a jackhammer taken to it, while the other felt like I was being massaged by a mermaid. Perfect balance.
She worked on my neck and shoulders as well. 1 hour of solid upper body massage. Excellent.

What a cute little shop located on the border of La Mesa and El Cajon. This place is painted lavender with darker purple trim - it is super adorable. You don't realize how huge this place is until you walk inside where half the spa is dedicated to services like haircuts, manicures, and pedicures. The other side is devoted mainly to facials and massages (the "quiet" side). It's a great setup and very welcoming when you walk inside. There's a receptionist desk and someone there to assist you as soon as you walk in.

I found ERoma Day Spa on Groupon and thought I'd give them a shot!
Upon entering, the receptionist was friendly and sweet and checked me in right away. I used the restroom and was ushered right away to my room to meet Jessica and start my 75 minute massage.
Jessica was my massage therapist and she gets a 5 for her massage! She was absolutely amazing.
I have some hip tightness and she was able to do some active muscle release techniques to loosen it up for me. She has intuitive pressure and action as she gently or with necessary force melts away tension and knots.

I purchased a Groupon for this place for only $46. I purchased a 75 minute massage with a 45 minute sauna session.
My masseuse was Jessica. She is the reason why I am giving this place 5 stars. She was incredible!!! She asked what areas to focus on, she asked about pressure throughout, she was relaxing and was not a chatty person. I appreciate her hands so much that day, my back and neck were in pain. Jessica got ALLLL my knots out. I was so relieved and relaxed leaving. I do however have one complaint... my massage was only 55 minutes (I timed it) so that did kind of annoy me since I was skimmed

Super serene ambience and the employees are amazing! I came here and loved it so got my mom a spa day did her birthday she hasn't stopped telling her friends about it!

" Nice 75 Minute Relaxing Massage "
I went to the ERoma Spa in El Cajon to have a 2 hour massage experience. A 45 minute Sauna and 75 minute Massage. The Sauna was not to good as the seating area inside the Sauna was uncomfortable, and the 45 minutes were a little boring. There was no music playing inside the Sauna, and it was to dark to read a magazine in there. The 75 minute massage however was EXCELLENT ! Patty my masseuse was very friendly and nice to talk with. Patty had very relaxing and firm hands, as she massaged my entire body. Patty was so detailed as she massaged all areas
