I love how Innate runs their business. They are organized, have easy ways for booking, the staff is friendly, all of the chiropractors there are friendly and attentive. They also play a really big role in the community- including doing a huge Christmas gift charity for kids in need in Newburgh. I have enjoyed my experience there. The one note I will make is that they do not do your typical expected adjustments where they are cracking you all over the place. Their adjustments are targeted and they use a device (cannot recall the name) that is supposed to work through targeted, less aggressive adjustments

I truly appreciate Innate Chiropractic because I am no longer in pain and moving like an old lady. I’ve been seeing them for almost two years and actually feel younger and have more pep in my step. I bounce out off bed and no longer have neck and lower back pain. I can’t say enough about how friendly everyone there is. I also appreciate how quickly they see me when I arrive for my appointments. Their scheduling APP allows me flexibility to change my appointments if I need to even at the last minute with just a few clicks and their office is clean and bright.

It's seems like a complete scam. Useless. I tried this practice because it's a newer and I assume more modern young professionals but it seems like a sales scam. I'm over. After 2 visits I won't be back

The care from everyone is very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. I used to be skeptical because I didn’t understand. After they talk with you about what you may need and explain their methods it helps you know what’s happening which definitely made me feel more confident going into this!! I’ve only been going for a little over a month and I have definitely seen a positive change in my day to day life. I’m able to bend more easily and not have as much lower back pain/ sciatica flare ups as I used to. My energy has increased which has helped me feel more motivated and aware. And overall

I cannot recommend Innate Chiropractic highly enough. I was scheduled for shoulder replacement surgery 2 years' ago - and happened to discover Innate two months prior to the surgery - after consistent care from their fantastic chiropractors, I was able to cancel my surgery! NO MORE PAIN! I still go for maintenance and I still have zero shoulder issues!!!

Always professional with a very courteous staff. My husband first started going to Innate and always spoke so highly of this office. The customer service is top notch. The doctors here are wonderful, I can say my neck issues are greatly improved and I have better mobility. I highly recommend the doctors, the technique and the customer service.

The list of good things to say about Innate Chiropractic is long and eclectic, but can be summed up in one statement: This is the Cadillac of doctor's offices. The staff is incredibly friendly and explain all aspects of the care plan/nervous system to each patient. I feel fortunate to have had Innate recommended to me by a close friend who's a chiropractor in Tennessee. I have been amazed with the level of customer service and attention to detail at Innate. This is the place to go.

I have been going to the Newburgh office for over 2 years. They have given me more mobility in my neck. I broke it twice in car accidents. I take half the pain meds now and they also keep my lower back in check They are great very happy with the results

I love every single doctor in this place!! They are very attentive and helpful. The front desk is also always helpful even when I call to change my appointment at the last minute they figure a way to work me into the schedule.

Worst Chiropractor I have ever been too Would not recommend I went out of my way to sign paperwork to get my records since I am moving out of state. They are the only doctor I have been to you need to go in person. When I arrived the Dr said they were closed for another 45 min I stated I only need to sign a release to get my records. His answer was the team needs to do it not a good answer when I am traveling from out of state

At first, my experience with Innate went well considering the information provided within my consultation and doctors report. However, towards the end I felt like the doctor was pressuring me to be treated. He spoke fast and seemed to be rushing me into making a decision about treatment. He reassured me with the promise of proper care and based this off of my results that needed attention immediately. My issue was the short amount of time to accept care. Right after the report, I wasn't given an opportunity to properly review everything. I could have been more vocal about my financial preferences

Ok driving thru town ( in a big Trk) and found this place on Yelp down the st from the Pilot Trk stop. They are very nice and knowledgable of chiropractic ( even tho they r very young). I'm saying that in a good way too. Dr Eric did a fine adjustment today. So first time so good so far. I will try to make it back this wk again for a check up! I feel pretty good.

Today years later.. I'm in again and got Dr Tyler. We have been here a few times but at nite so no adj wah wah wah. They remodeled since I've been here last too. Nice! Dr Tyler was awesome. I love coming here always

This review is ONLY for the family block party that was recently held.

The message that I received stated that this was a "free" family event but when we got their I quickly learned that the only "free" things were the 2 bouncy house activities and the rock climbing. My kids wanted to play the dunk tank booth but that was $, food was $ , ice cream was $. Their were a couple of booths that gave away free items to the kids but that was it. The message that was sent out by the office itself was very misleading, also the layout of the whole event was way to cramped. Their was not

I originally came to Innate as a last resort for tinnitus pain before I began cortisone shots. When my friend implored me to try innate instead, I was pretty skeptical. Like many, I didn't understand how adjustments could help anything besides neck or back pain. Within a month of treatment, my pain was totally gone. The doctors and office staff truly care about their patients health and also about the Newburgh community. As a teacher in the district, I appreciate all of the outreach they do to help local children and families in need.

Saw this practice as a new patient today. They do not allow you to see the doctor at your first visit. You are given a computerized assessment by an assistant and X-rays taken for $120 cash or charged $160 if you're filing insurance. Then they schedule you for a second appointment where you listen to a spill on their treatment and are presented with a treatment plan. They refused to tell me how much adjustments were per visit. I only agreed to the assessment because I was told I could file my insurance. When I checked out they wanted to collect the $120 up front and then file insurance. I

Innate Chiropractic is a family-friendly place that corrects many common health issues. Dr. Brower is very knowledgeable and his team is professional and fun! I highly recommend this office to take care of your healthcare needs!

I had an appointment today at 10:15, they open at 10:00. I arrive at 10:05, very politely and professionally greeted. Was given the paperwork to fill out, they took copies of my DL and Insurance card.

I returned the completed paperwork and again sat down. On the paperwork on the 1st page and the 1st question after your name was injury/reason you are there and scale of 1-10 (10 being the highest) pain you are in. I stated neck and 9.

I had been to several traditional chiropractors and never saw any benefit from the adjustments. Dr Erik uses a specialized method that targets specific pathways based on x-rays and other methods of diagnosis. Was I skeptical? Extremely! I had gone to an orthopedic dr. To inquire about tendinitis. After X-rays the Dr suggested either surgery or cortisone injections. After two months of adjustments my pain was completely eradicated. Before you succumb to surgery, try innate.

Very friendly office staff! The doctor actually explained what he was doing before he did it! Who knew neurologically based chiropractic was so beneficial?!
