Walked out on Christmas Eve to water coming out of the tank. Called and got the owner himself who talked me through re-setting the timer that got knocked out during the storm earlier this week. Instead of charging me to come out on a holiday he just walked me through it and all was well. Have had them for years and use them for monthly maintenance. Great company!

Called this afternoon at 4, they showed up shortly thereafter, gave me an estimate of the time, encountered an additional issue, laid out different options for repair, transparent on the amount due, work done in a reasonable amount of time and problem solved! We were stuck , with no water , told by another company the pump would need to be replaced and it would take a month , Tommy and his crew came in , within minutes assessed the situation and had a game plan in action, not only did he fix the pump issue , he diagnosed that their was bacteria in the tanks , which if the previous company had actually kept up with my it’s monthly maintenance, would not have been present. Tommy helped us out quickly and effectively. His whole crew was amazing and we are forever in his debt . He is my new best friend ! Thank you

If I could six stars, I would!
We arrived at our family's vacation home to find that there was no water coming into the house.
The first company that responded to our service call, Crystal Clear, came and offered us no viable solution , basically telling us that we were out of luck, there was nothing they could do, and we'd have to spend thousands of dollars and wait months for a new well to be dug.

Great company me and my parents just moved to cape coral and we brought a house that uses well water. previous tanks had a sticker on them that said waterman 911 so we gave them a call. guy named dave comes out and says we need new tanks and a new brine tank he gave us a good deal and we took it. comes back not even an hour later and installed them super quick and efficient very cool dude. we had some issues where the pressure switch kept chattering and causing no pressure but dave came back 2 or 3 times to our house to make sure everything was working good and it sure was would highly recommend

This company is working just to hook you up and after that they will be ripping you off on the twice a year basis. All owners investors and landlords I am warning you and advising to go with another company for your own safety and stress free business. Lastly you will see that these guys are a little bit more affordable than others but I promise it's better to pay just a couple $100 extra to another company.

I don’t usually give many people five stars but today I have to. Storm came through yesterday and completely ripped off my well head all the plumbing was destroyed from the well casing on . It being Sunday didn’t expect any help today but waterman sent someone over within about two hours and had my water working. And the person they sent his name was George and he explained everything that he was going to do perfectly. And the price was very reasonable I was expecting some type of extra charge for it being Sunday and all , but that didn’t happen . Thanks waterman .

This company is not reliable and the owner employs non qualified men to work on well and water softener systems. All they are good for is filling your salt once a month. They continued to guess which part was not working over the course of a year continuing to charge my bank card whatever they felt like charging. Left my house on Monday saying they could not find any issues but I had no water pressure coming into the house. They charged me $85 service fee, $65 part (that had no issues and didn't ask me for permission before replacing) and then also decided to charge my monthly maintenance

Over the past 10 years I have used this company for repairs related to my water softener and other related items. My only complaint is that they are pricey, but they DO a great job when they come out. I know many complain about this that and the other but they are a solid company and have been around for some time. I do recommend them, but expect to pay a nice chunk of change.

We used them less than a year and a half ago to install a brand new system. Had low pressure so I called thinking it would be under warranty. Well make sure you read their fine print!!! Worst warranty in the world!!! My Husband spoke to the owner - Tommy - who told him he could care less about our business with him and that he has 27 people on his list right now that will pay what ever price he gives. Refused to come fix the issue. Said he was going to come out himself and never showed!!! We have never dealt with such rudeness - especially from a company owner! They are price gouging right now

I signed up for service in January because I was so busy working, I just didn’t have the time to do the service myself. The girls on the phone are always pleasant and very friendly. The techs that they send out have not met simple expectations. When I signed up for service, I let the rep know all I wanted was salt delivered and the water tank scrubbed every month. They have issues cleaning the tank and I assume it’s just laziness. The one time they did it they didn’t make sure the air was out of the line and my tank pump ran for about an hour trying to pull water. One tech changed the settings

The owner was very rude and does not stand behind his employees work. I had them come out and install a sulfur system that was not hooked up properly. Therefore when it went into regen mode it blasted water all over my electrical outlets busting the seal to the outlet and damaging my gfi. He refused to fix it and just wanted to caulk it which is unacceptable. I was also made aware the employee that did the initial install was in training and is no longer with the company for obvious reasons.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! I trusted them to replace my well pump and low and behold, less than 2 months later my pump quit. I thought, good thing it's still under warranty so we called them to come look at it. They started by telling me they would charge me 85$ to come look at it and that it will cost me another 550$ to fix it. The customer service gal told me that only the actual pump was under warranty and not the labor. Haha. She told me her tec. Said that our pump needed to go down further due to the lack of rain we've had... which was BS.... So I called another company

I am a single mother of 2 children & bought my first home. I had trusted Waterman 911 & had been paying for monthly service on $35 with this company since 2016. I called company with concern regarding a leak, I was told I needed Carbon filter replaced, which I agreed to have done. I had a Reverse osmosis system for my entire home, which Waterman 911 was being paid to manage, worth close to $5,000 & when I opened cabinet where system stored it was rusted & one of the canisters fell to ground with leaking. Not sure how this rusts & ongoing leaking happens if I am paying monthly

If I could rate this company a 0 I would. We had a monthly service with them and they just stopped showing up. We also had an agreement that they would call when they were on their way for service, because we have a fenced yard with 2 large dogs we needed to put away. They did not call ahead except for 1 time. We have had several issues with our water system, to which they said they looked at and all was working accordingly. However, the system was not fixed and when called to question, they said a tech had been sent out and it was working. The tech never showed up and lied about coming out
