In 1972 Doug Brand established H2O Systems, Inc. in Cape Coral and it has been family owned and operated ever since. In 1980 H20 Systems expanded to serve Charlotte and Collier counties as well as Lee County. Doug's legacy was passed to the Evenson Family in 2012 and each and every day his core values are acted on.

I got up one morning and had no water . I called H2O systems , thinking I probably needed a new well pump or something big and expensive, and expecting to be told that no one could get out there that day . To my surprise, the ladies who took my call checked to see if the well was under warranty, as they had originally put the well in . Unfortunately it was not still under warranty, but they sent someone over right away . Brian was wonderful- he found the problem right away , fixed the issue ( switch) and even did extra things that needed to be done while he was there. He was very professional,

STAY AWAY!!!! Worst customer service, will “fix” your system just to have more issues the very next day, you will be charged after hours service fees to fix what should’ve already been fixed. After months of having them out multiple times trying to fix the system we have No water once again and they are saying it is five days before they’re able to come out. Office manager “Sarah” is beyond rude

I have had H2O water systems work on my well system on the few occasions. I have a contract with them for maintenance and they come out and check my system every couple of months. Recently I was having issues with my pumps not turning off and on at the right time. They had to come out twice but they always came immediately. I would recommend this company to anybody on a well system who is having an issue with it. I would also recommend there maintenance contract.

Unethical company. I had been a customer of Water Source for many years. This company sent me a letter saying they were "merging" with Water Source. They didn't merge, they bought the company out. I had been receiving salt deliveries from Water Source, averaging a cost of $29 per month. H2O now says they don't do salt deliveries, only maintenance with salt delivery at a cost of $57 per month. I do not recommend doing business with this company

My pressure tank failed, which also caused my well pump to fail, mere months from hooking up to City water. Absolute worst timing. But H20 Systems had my back. They had me up and running in two days. The entire staff was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They told me exactly what was wrong, gave me a quote for repairs and gave me updates as the work was being performed, which I appreciated. They were also able to tell me that both my pump and pressure tank were under warranty because they save that information in their system. I'm so glad they keep those records. My house has water again because

We have been using H20 Systems since we purchased our new home a year ago. This is our first experience with septic/well, water softener systems and RO and I have nothing but praise for this company including the office staff, and most especially, our tech Vinny. He's fantastic! He's patient and friendly which is not something we have found much in people since moving to Florida from the Midwest 5 years ago. Trusting a company and especially their techs and staff are extremely important to us and with Vinny, we know we can trust him completely. Vinny is highly knowledgeable about the water systems

I was looking for someone to repair my well and H2O Systems, Inc. was recommended. I am so happy with their service and the technician was wonderful! I called in with a no water problem on a Saturday and the girl that answered the phone was very pleasant and very helpful. She contacted the technician that was already on another Job and she called me back and said he would be at the house in 3 hrs. He arrived in that time, repaired the problem and I now have water again! Great Job.....Great Company!
