I received a prompt appointment for my request to upgrade my hearing aids as my previous aids from another vendor were coming out of warranty and that vendor was a 70 mile round trip away.
Chris was very thorough with my hearing test and with a review of my options in light of my Medicare insurance.
I chose Widex, and received the aids in a matter of days. These aids are far superior to my initial hearing aids which cost $2000 more three years ago for a product that never was as clear and adjustable as these are.
The Widex TV Play is also fantastic and has numerous audible adjustments available

Great experience. Chris is very knowledgeable and explained in plain English how the ears pick up the vibration and the brain processes the sound. He also gave a great analysis of my hearing results so that I fully understood my hearing loss and what I needed. His pricing structure is simple and he took the time to do a comparison of the pros and cons of the different types of hearing aids.

My Father Must Use Hearing Aids, He is 84, Vietnam Veteran.
Dr. Lawrence examined dad's hearing aids, stated they needed to be fixed to provide a better hearing experience. The Hearing aids were sent back to the manufacturer. Dr. Lawrence's assistants, Pat, first did a good job & helped me. Then Tenase took over & kept me in the loop on much needed status. Tenase was Outstanding, (Like a Positive Relentless

Six or seven hearing aids later, I finally came to the right place! Chris Lawrence is the most thorough and thoughtful Hearing Aid Specialist!
I have received excellent support and service from Lawrence Hearing Aid Center. Facing hearing loss can be challenging, and the entire staff of experts continues to help provide exceptional service. Whenever I need any adjustments, an appointment is scheduled quickly and usually repaired at that time. However, if it needs to be sent out for repair, it is always returned in a short time. I highly recommend Lawrence Hearing Aid Center.

The service and expertise from Chris at Lawrence Hearing Aid Center has been exceptional. The Siemens hearing aids were originally purchased from Miracle Ear, they did not provide the correct molds or tuning. Chris
fixed these issues, at a very reasonable cost, and a timely manner. The Siemens hearing aids now perform well, hearing is now better than it has been in years.
Lawrence hearing center also provided courteous and professional support on follow up appointments. Hard to find this level of service, we highly recommend Lawrence Hearing aid center.
