We have been going to Mark and Lynn for our hearing aid needs for several years and are very pleased with their skill, professionalism, and friendliness. Highly recommend them if you think you need hearing assistance.
I recently had Mark do a complete exam of my right ear and after his adjustment I am able to hear out of it much better. What a great resource right here in our Escondido neighborhood.

I was recently diagnosed with hearing loss and was referred to the Auditory Assistants Hearing Aid Center. My husband was able to go to my first appointment and both of us were welcomed. Mark Shaw is very kind and professional and answered our questions. He patiently explained how to insert my hearing aids and how to take care of them. Lynn was very helpful at the front desk as well. I highly recommend this business.

When I first realized that I couldn't hear people when talking on my cell phone, I thought it might be time to get a hearing test. I noticed all the positive reviews for Mark and Lynn Shaw at Auditory Assistants and decided to go see them. As soon as I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Mark tested my hearing and confirmed that I could benefit from hearing aids. He showed me many kinds and we discussed them at length. Then, we decided I should try a pair for a week to see how I liked them and how they could interact with my Apple phone. It was like I was a kid again! I could hear everything
