Went there for a consultation as to see if there was any improvement for my burn as my attorney sent me there for a narrative back in October 2020, It’s almost 1 year and i still haven’t received my final narrative and or any pictures that my attorney paid for$$$..
I called and spoke to Susan who always says she’s gonna call me back!
They’re very unprofessional and takes your $$. I will never recommend ANYONE to get fillers and or botox there they are the worst. Don’t waste your money. Go somewhere where they care!!!

Phone call just to inquire about certain procedures they do and to see if they accept my insurance and to see if I can make an appointment for a consultation . A very very RUDE Registered male nurse Jay had the nerve to say “ your a problem patient I can see already because your asking questions and said we don’t need you and have a good day and Abruptly hung up.
Well that’s not a way to speak to anyone and I suggest the doctors monitor their workers.
Such poor behavior from a “professional “ I can’t even imagine what the docs are like if staff are behaving poorly.
