The Cyril F. Mullins Funeral Home has provided dignified and compassionate service since 1937. Cyril F. Mullins Sr. founded the establishment on its original location, one of P.T. Barnum's homes on Barnum Avenue in Bridgeport near Washington Park. In 1953 he purchased a historic estate on White Plains Road in Trumbull situated on five acres with a scenic pond, covered bridge and waterfall located on the premises.
Vice President of Cyril F. Mullins Funeral Home Inc, third generation funeral director, Masters of Business Administration-University of Bridgeport, Bachelor of Science-Fordham University, graduate of New England Institute of Mortuary Science. Holly is a member of Connecticut Funeral Directors Association (CFDA) and a member of National Funeral Directors Association (NFDA).

As a family owned, third generation funeral home establishment we incorporate new traditions with old values when helping you plan a funeral service. We are here to serve you twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.

Mullins has decades of experience guiding families through their worst days. I felt warmly cared for throughout the process. Truly everything one could ask for in a funeral director, Holly is extraordinary. Equal parts event planner, therapist, and mediator, Holly is professional, caring, proactive, communicative, knowledgable about all the minutiae, empathetic, and deftly navigates contentious family dynamics. The unflappable Holly and Rob mitigated our many contingencies like unavailability of the priest and immediate family, COVID, a snow storm and icy steep stairs for the casket to ascend.

My family has been using the services of C.F. Mullins Funeral Home for many years and several month’s ago, for my mom’s funeral, they did not disappoint us.
At my Mom's request, we planned and paid for her services in advance. Several years ago I worked with Robert to make the plans. He provided guidance and allowed us to select exactly what we wanted and at the prices we could afford.
And then, when it came time to have the actual funeral, they put things into motion immediately and carried out our wishes exactly.
Holly managed the services and was available at a minutes notice throughout

The entire staff at Cyril F. Mullins Funeral Home, especially Robert, are an amazing team of people. Thanks to all of them when my husband passed away a couple of weeks ago, we were able to give him the funeral and honors he deserved. This is a family-owned business and it shows. I'm sure it must be hard to deal with people at the time of their worst grief, but they do it with such caring and comfort. They just handled the funeral for my mother-in-law and they could not have done a better job. Everyone remarked on how beautiful the ceremony was and how helpful the staff was while being unobtrusive. 2nd review: Highly recommend again. For the second year in a row, we sadly found ourselves needing to make funeral preparations for a loved one. I can't recommend Mullins Funeral Home strongly enough. During each of the most difficult times in my life, the staff (through multiple generations) has assisted my family in honoring and paying our last respects to both of my parents and grandmother.
