Nelson & McClure, PLLC is a structural and forensic engineering firm. We provide design services to a select group of clients and forensic investigation, claims, and litigation services to assist owners, contractors, design firms, insurance companies, and other clientele with investigations, claims, and litigation services.

In addition, we provide plan review services to governmental agencies. Our clients include governmental agencies such as cities, counties, and states; both defense and plaintiff attorneys; and insurance companies. We have worked as testifying experts, consulting experts, and insurance coverage experts.

Nelson & McClure, PLLC offers defense investigation and expert witness services to owners, insurance companies, contractors, and designers. We will investigate the claims, form opinions, tell you what we think, and write reports regarding our findings. In addition, as necessary, we will act as testifying or coverage experts.
Nelson & McClure, PLLC provides services to governmental agencies. We provide plan review services, construction accident investigation services, investigation services involving claims against other engineers. In addition, we provide investigation and expert witness services for claims arising from construction damage.
Nelson & McClure, PLLC specializes in the investigation of construction problems, foundation and structural failures and construction accidents. Nelson & McClure will investigate your construction problems or failures, and, if possible, determine the cause and make recommendations as to the repairs.

Mr. Mc Clure charges a lot of money to do his job. You might think you would get better service from paying so much. I did not find this to be true. I had a project engineered by Mr. Mc Clure and it was so over engineered that it seemed he didn't take the time to actually engineer it. Instead of using 4x4s he used 6x6s and this made the project cost much more than it needed to. It also made the project much harder to construct. Even the building inspector was shocked by how over engineered it was. He asked if I was going to land an aircraft on the structure. His form of a joke. The address and
