Ready is a business-focused engineering firm established in Spruce Grove, Alberta in 1996 by Lee and Susan Ready.
Ready Engineering is looking for the right people to join our team! We are growing quickly and looking to add individuals who are as passionate about the profession of engineering and customer-focused consulting as we are. Ready is looking for electrical and control system engineering professionals, with a bent for business, at all office locations in Canada and the United States.
Our unique, business-first mentality provides a foundation for our disciplined professionals to further their engineering interests by securing projects from some of the most sophisticated clients in the world. We are a recognized authority on utility-grade DCS, and Ready personnel have had the opportunity to work on nuclear projects like Generation III+ plants in China and a complete digital modernization project in Sweden.
Engineering engagements from $5,000 to $5,000,000 are optimal for Ready. We're not ivory-tower engineers! In addition to design, Ready provides all manner of configuration, commissioning, training, and support in its areas of expertise. Ready often acts as the Owner's Engineer for interactions with DCS and instrumentation vendors.
