Jain was super helpful helping me find home owner's insurance. I had a special case and she was very responsive and got my quote ready in just one day. I spent a week calling different insurance companies trying to get quotes, but a lot of people were super slow or never got back to me -- it was like pulling teeth getting some other agents to respond. Jain made things super easy and she got me an excellent rate. She's also really patient and pleasant to talk to and doesn't try to sell you things you don't need. I'll definitely be going back to her for other insurance quotes/requests.

Fantastic service! Courtney was so warm and helpful this morning. My family has been a customer of this insurance agency for longer than I remember. We have had homeowners claims, purchased life insurance policies and Jain always delivers. When my condo was flooded years ago she made sure that my insurance was paid and also helped me line up the vendors such as restoration management and a few others.

I can't remember how I initially came across Jain Williams, but they offered the best price out of the few companies I compared State Farm with. I believe I submitted my information online and they called within minutes to complete the process over the phone. It was easy enough and I wouldn't have had any complaints except they WOULD NOT STOP CALLING ME. I received calls on almost a daily basis to come in and discuss my insurance options. I asked if there was an issue, or if there was something outstanding on my end...but they said no. I'm not sure what else there was to discuss

My agent passed away, so I contacted Jain Williams' office. I was immediately impressed by their safety protocols during this COVID 19 pandemic. I continue to be impressed by their customer service, professionalism, follow through and expediency in completing things. If I am told that something will be done in 3-5 business days, it will probably be more like 12-24 hours! Courtney and the whole staff are sent from YAH.

I'm new to this agency, and have been very impressed with the service. They rarely have voicemail on, and the staff are uniformly friendly, helpful and knowledgable. It's great to be known by a company's sales and service reps. They seem to be guided by customer service +, giving you even more than you asked for - taking care of your immediate request and thinking of what else you might need as well. My pet peeve is when I call companies to service my accounts, and they literally *only* answer the specific question that I asked. I only know what I know and they are the experts, yet rarely does a business go out of its way to help clients.
With Jain, however, you get the full-service experience. This is the benefit of her being an agent for HELLA years. When you get insurance, get someone who has been in the biz and knows all the ins and outs. You'll sleep better at night!

I met Jain briefly at a Life Planning Workshop she does with a few other wonderful women. I didn't want to take up too much of her time that evening, so I took her card and told her my situation of needing car insurance right away. She quickly took my information and told me she would get back to me the next day. On labor day weekend 2019 someone hit my parked SUV in the parking lot of my place of employment. As soon as Jain William's statefarm office opened the following Tuesday I was one of the first people to walk thru the door screaming HELP! Jain Williams is the absolute best! I love her and her team is every bit as gracious, courteous and professional as she is. I have three different policies with her [car, renter's and business] and she patiently explained, in minute detail, all the things that I didn't understand. She answered every question and always with a smile. I live in the neighborhood, which is a part of the reason I chose her, and I have dropped in to the office to see her or ask a question. Conveniently located on MacArthur -- Jain's office is super cute and homey. Even though I've got my insurance through another State Farm office -- her staff were kind enough to help me out when my motorcycle got stolen by faxing paperwork to the adjusters -- saving me time and energy chasing down notaries. This review is based on my interactions with Courtney. I called her yesterday to get an insurance quote for a new car. I had a previous policy with state farm in another city. She got my previous agent's information and called them to check on the date of cancellation for the last policy.
She called me back and told me that it was too late to reactivate that policy and that I would need to start the entire process over with her. I obliged and she ran a quote for me that was DOUBLE what I had been paying. Then she did the hard sell on renter's insurance.

These guys are great. I call the office and talk to a real person and their car insurance was the cheapest one I could find for my car. I don't think I've ever actually met Jain, but I've talked to several of the receptionists or whatever their titles are (they sit at the desk right up front, there have been a couple of different people there) and they're always very helpful.
