I assume I am a fairly complicated client for them (I'm living in NYC, have multiple businesses organized differently and in different statuses, and much more fairly confusing pieces), yet they are patient and diligent at all times. They send gentle reminders, are flexible with their schedules and are smart and efficient with all their responses and advice, whether it's over the phone or via email.
