We offer a Multidisciplinary Approach to manage your pain. There is a team behind every Doctor you see. We communicate with each other and your other health care providers as a team, integrating your care, for our ultimate shared goal: YOU. Whatever your pain, disease, illness, addiction, or behavioral issue we have the experts and resources to tailor make the most effective and efficient treatment plan for you.
If you are an emergency case, requiring immediate attention, please call 911 or go to your local emergency room. We are an Pain & Addiction clinic and do not handle emergency medical problems. We direct all our patients to call 911 or go to their local emergency room. We are trying to minimize patients use of narcotics so running out of these meds is not considered a medical emergency to us.
Yet you must realize that no matter what insurance you have, they expect you to pay each time you visit the Doctor. This is called the patient's "Co-Pay" and it is expected to be given at the time of service. Next issue is that Insurance Companies frequently send the Doctors payment for service to the patient's home address expecting that the patient will give it to their Doctor before the next visit.
Our multidisciplinary team follows the standards of medical care by implementing a 4 prong approach: Pharmaceuticals, Medicine, Behavioral Health, and Physical Therapies. We have the following health care professionals on staff: physicians, nurses, pharmacists, psychologists, psychiatrists, counselors, health educators, social service, addiction medicine, physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, and myofascial release.

Andrea the nurse practitioner is great! But the front desk/reception is very disorganized always putting you on hold and leaving you there, also they never call to remind you about appointments! Front desk is very rude as well. Hard to deal with and it’s like they do not want to be helpful to you as in they don’t want to do the work, I’ve been going here for about 2 years and it’s always the same.
