Services
The Fez was founded when the Thomas Family purchased The Scottsville Inn in Hopewell Twp. Aliquippa, Pa. in 1966. Over the years, the family's hard work helped The Fez evolve from a 35 seat local tavern to a sprawling, special event venue with three separate banquet rooms and a seating capacity of 1,200 guests.

My first time at this establishment was for a wedding. The ceremony was beautifully decorated and went very well. Everyone seemed to be taken care of. None of the staff seemed lost or didn't know what their role was. I don't know any greater details about how scheduling or planning the event worked but I do know that the crew was very attentive to everyone's needs. It was very spacious had an upstairs level and another room on the side from the lobby.The bride and groom seemed very happy with their wedding at The Fez. I would definitely consider this place for your wedding or event.

Recently I attended high school reunion. Everyone was 70-80 yrs old. The DJ was A-one. The food was not. The sausage was so hot, some people nearly choked. The green beans almondine weren't cooked. The cash bar was a rip off. Tiny watered down drinks at full price! Also it was a shock that there was no handicapped stall in the ladies room. Why not?

I attended a cousin's graduation party earlier today. The room we rented was a smaller room for the amount of guests that we had, but it definitely served it's purpose. If you plan on having a reception event of any kind, I would recommend this place. The staff are very well organized and always there if you need anything or have a simple request.
