I struggled with the idea of writing this review. It's not my intent to ruin anyone's business, but at this point, we are at a loss with what to do in order to have our pool completed. We also genuinely hope to ensure no one else experiences such horrific treatment from company who clearly does not value its customers. There are always two sides to every story and I can generally give people the benefit of the doubt; not in this case. At least, not anymore.

Without a doubt the worst experience we have had with a contractor. We paid them $65,000 and they (Cole Smith) never finished the job and left us with an unsightly mess replete with construction defects. We trusted Smith and he breached our trust, took our money and walked off the job. We're not alone. He did the same thing to one of my neighbors and amid a wave of burgeoning negative reviews, Smith took down his Facebook page so prospective customers could not learn the experiences of his past customers. This guy had the audacity to ask me for a $10,000 advance. Everything is subbed out and

We had an issue with our pool pump not circulating the water. This happened 1 week prior to putting our home on the market for sale. I was in a panic as the pool water was green from all the pollen. Our pool guy called right away to state what the issue was. Westview Pools provided exceptional service by sending a repair man immediately to fix the pump. In addition to this, Tammy (office secretary) scheduled 2 to 3 more cleanings this week to ensure the pool and pool water is clean in time for professional pictures getting done next week.
