I was in an accident and had two teeth pulled because they were unrepairable. They pulled my teeth no problems and I was pleased with that. As I was leaving and scheduled my next appointment the dentist and clerk told me to get the area fixed i have to pay the upfront for it. So i have tried to do this and now its been over a year and everytime i set a appointment to get it fixed they say something else needs to be done before that happen. Now that wouldnt be a issue if they did most of the work up front but they do one thing a appointment and there appointments are scattered months in between

Today was my first time visiting East Arkansas Family Health Center, and I must say it was a very enjoyable experience. The entire process from the temp check in, registration, the triage nurse (Rashunda), NP (Ursula), and phlebotomist (Lonney) to the very final experience with the pharmacist was amazing. Everyone took their time, was friendly and very professional. I commend this group on doing such a great job and for taking very good care of me today.
I recommend any in need of a primary health care provider, with an awesome team to go to East Arkansas Family Health Center.

Amazing service! The front desk folks great you upon entering and help guide you throughout the clinic! The enrollment process is fairly easy and the enrollment specialists are really welcoming. Once you get to you room in the office, the doctors make sure that you are properly educated on absolutely EVERYTHING! The MAs are very kind and sweet, they made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend this clinic to everyone !

This needs to be reported to the cooperate office about Dr. Q. Beasley-Williams she takes too long to see her patients. After all, she's getting paid to work. She practically stand up most of the time while she's in the office. She isn't that concern about her Patients. She getting paid top dollars but, she does not do a good job assisting her Patients needs. She takes too Dam long for me personally regardless of my condition or not. I've observed her once before lady year when I was there. I guess I should have followed that thought in my mi d months, and months ago to change PCP.

Waste of time literally. My daughter had an appointment for 11 i sat there for nearly two hours and watched everyone get called but her. After finally asking whats taking so long they call her to the back only to wait forever again and never be seen by the doctor. Im glad she was only there for a physical and not something serious because she would have died twice waiting on the doctor. This place sucks and i feel bad for anyone who goes here. The health department wasn’t even this slow when they were taking patients. Sad

They will pretty much let you die while playing doctor. They may be friendly but the "Doctors" and "Nurse Practioners" don't seem to know what they're doing. If you are currently going here and feel something isn't right get a second opinion. I was still sick & in pain. after being told my lab tests were "Normal" and they "didn't find anything". Had to go to the emergency room in Memphis to find out what was really going on. Turns out I had a bad kidney infection. This isn't the only time I had to seek treatment elsewhere. I know mistakes happen sometimes but 4 times is too many for me. Their quality
