Amazing!!! I cannot brag on this practice enough! I have never been anywhere before that I felt so taken care of all around. Every person there goes above and beyond to provide the best care possible and even if they are swamped, they still smile and take time to make you feel like a person and not a number. My own grandfather came down with Covid and they even personally delivered an oxygen concentrator to his house all the way in fayette county on the weekend! What else can I say other than they are the best kept secret in Shelby county. Find out for yourself and God bless š¤² š

I rarely ever take the time to write a review especially a negative review but in this particular case I did see a need to do so in order to warn potential patients. If you value your health and expect caring individuals in your doctors office do not go to Hope Primary. If that is Hope we are all doomed . I have never experienced such a disorganized and incompetent office staff . No one seemed to know what they were doing and when you are dealing with a persons health which Is paramount, incompetence can be deadly . I was put with someone who was brand new at the job with no one to shadow them

As a previous reviewer so accurately stated , if you are black this is not the place for you. I definitely felt unwelcome from the moment I stepped inside to meet the receptionist. I did not appreciate the lack of respected I received and will never be back Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else . Very disappointing experience.

I found this facility online while going through COVID symptoms. I was miserable so I reached out for an COVID infusion. They fit me in the next day which was 9/2/21. They test me for COVID which I was positive so they preceded with the infusion. The infusion was not through an IV. She stuck me 3 times in my stomach. Quick a little pain but nothing major. The next day I was expecting some relief I got none. 48 hours later still no relief. I was worse than I ever was while going through covid. Long story short the injection was not an success for me although I had heard great things about the infusion

Being in health care, I know all the variables that go into the patient experience. Not only was Dr. Coplon able to quickly diagnose my problem, but her bed side manner in taking the time to explain the problem and the best treatment was second to none. Also, the entire staff was so friendly and caring. This was so refreshing as most people are not feeling their best at the doctor, me included! Wonderful job and keep doing what you're doing!

NP Leigh Ann Breckinridge and the Physician Assistant I saw for urgent care were great. Dr. Coplon was unprofessional, judgmental and rude. She was concerned about my finances and not my wellbeing or health. I won't go back and can't recommend it.
Regarding the comment from the owner.
I have requested a phone call from Dr. Coplon twice since that morning. She has not spoken to me. She has no business exposing information about my appointment in writing on the internet and it is a blatant violation of HIPAA and patient privacy and confidentiality. So much more inappropriate than her initial behavior

My family has used Hope Primary Care numerous times in the past year for minor ailments such as cold and flu, as well as a more serious and potentially life-threatening ailment. In each case Doctor Coplon has shown genuine concern, sympathizing with our pain and discomfort, and loss of time at work and school. Diagnosis has always been accurate and timely, while treatment has been effective. Fees have been very reasonable, and easy to understand. I highly recommend Hope Primary Care Clinic as your first call.
